Albert - Atari XL/XE game (cartridge)

A simple, but addictive and dynamic arcade game, extremely beautifully made. It is also distinguished by its facilitation for players: three alternative methods of control. Jump on platforms, climb ladders and collect all the scattered gems. Huge, hostile insects will hinder this. The game "Albert" is a modest tribute to the scientific activities of Albert Hoffman, who accidentally discovered the hallucinogenic properties of LSD-25 lysergic acid and wanted to use them for medical purposes, when mankind preferred for military or entertainment purposes. During the famous Bicycle Day - returning by bicycle from a small laboratory in the Swiss countryside to his country house, he experienced very colorful, but also terrible visions from accidentally absorbed substance. What exactly did Albert see that day? Has he turned into a little boy looking for diamonds in the grass? Was it all happening in ultra-color graphics, with amazing dynamics, like in this game? Was the terrifying part of this vision the huge insects that disturbed him? We'll never find out, but the player has a chance to face the Atari XL / XE with a candy-looking world that can be a deadly threat to the game's hero, a boy named Albert.

It requires 128 KB of RAM and PAL computer (however people report that it works in NTSC systems too)
