While resting in the Employee Holiday Fund resort „Gaoler” near the Koronowskie Lake in Tucholski Forest, lieutenant Toporny accidentally stumbles upon a set of tracks belonging to a BMW car. The Western machine is a sure-fire sign of a dangerous market adventurist prowling the area, and so the lieutenant's vacations are cut short as he sets out after what is no doubt a dangerous criminal. He knows that nobody's really sure what the adventurist has in mind, but he's also certain that relevant officials would consider him a threat of the highest order. It's a daunting task that lieutenant Toporny has assigned himself: to catch the adventurist and figure out just what crime the man actually intends to commit.
YOU ARE LIEUTENANT TOPORNY. You're working alone and in no official capacity (vacation, after all). There are countless obstacles and dangers standing in your way, not the least of which being the ever-present threat of losing your daily pre-paid meals at the “Gaoler”.
So begins the text adventure “07 Come In”, loosely connected to the cult TV show of the same name, which first aired during the reign of the Polish Communist Party.
